WhatAgent provides an API and MCP integration that enables developers and AI agents to send WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business platform.

You agree not to use WhatAgent to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or Business Policy.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate illegal content.
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures.

4. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys publicly. WhatAgent is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Service Availability

WhatAgent is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
